Lingkotech is a digital agency based in Labuan Bajo, Flores, Indonesia. Lingkotech harnesses the power of information technology and spreads its benefits throughout Flores. The company’s name is a combination of two words: “lingko” and “tech.” “Lingko” refers to a traditional system of dividing rice fields or plantations in the Manggarai indigenous community, which forms a spider-web pattern. “Tech” refers to technology itself.
Driven by a strong vision, Lingkotech strives to provide digital solutions and innovative ideas that have a positive impact on the wider community. Engel Vione is a marketing enthusiast with a strong focus on digital systems, web development, and technology-driven solutions. He Founded Lingkotech, a digital service initiative focused on web design and SEO optimization. Through Lingkotech, he has helped businesses and organizations build strong digital presence by creating user-friendly websites and improving their visibility in search engines. This role allows him to apply his technical skills in real-world projects while continuously exploring innovation in digital solutions. Currently, he also contributes to the Labuan Bajo Flores Tourism Authority (BPOLBF) - The Ministry of Tourism, where he support digital infrastructure and public communication.
Seto Djemana, Web Developer
Seto Djemana is a Software Engineer with over 10 years of experience in building scalable and reliable digital solutions. He has strong expertise in backend development, particularly using PHP with HMVC architecture and Golang with clean architecture principles. He began his career developing native Android applications (Java) for various projects, gaining solid experience in mobile application development. Over time, he expanded his expertise into backend systems and built robust CMS platforms for dashboards and management systems, utilizing frameworks such as CodeIgniter 3 and AngularJS. Seto is passionate about continuous learning and always eager to explore new technologies to improve system performance and development efficiency.
